What interior paint color would go with this green?
I'm trying to find an interior wall color to match the trim color... I faux painted trim in a weathered look of avocado green. It's a green like the color inside of an avacado not the skin. I was thinking on painting the wall a very light powder blue with this trim. My floors are a warm oak, furniture is lodge dark wood ... brown leathers & rustic. And in snow country so would blue seem too cold? The windows have this same green window ceils but nothing around the sides or top of the windows but wall. Can't afford to add wainscot trimming around the windows. The curtains are chocolate velvet with dark wood rods. My issue with finding color... the window glass has white plastic framing that can't be painted and I don't want it to stand out if I paint the wall around them too dark. Ahh what to do? Would love color ideas or any suggestions! Thanks!!
I would suggest you paint the wall in honey cream , although this is a pretty common colour, I just know that it will go beautifully with your interior.
