The Katie Latest Spice Boy Grinder Light Blue has adjustable ceramic gears and grinds dried herbs and spices from fine to coarse. Spices come from the bark, buds, fruit, roots, seeds and stems of plants and trees. Herbs are the fragrant leaves of a variety of edible plants that do not have woody stems. Basically the same type of tool used to grind coffee beans can be used as a tool to grind dried spices but it is strongly suggested to not use it for both. Using a Spice Grinder only for spices will eliminate the possibility of flavoring coffee beans with unwanted tastes and aromas.

Some spices have special grinders, such as nutmeg, that are built specifically for the whole spice and the grinding of round shapes. Other tools also work for grinding spices, such as graters which can be used on some types of spices to provide a coarser texture or to mince into smaller pieces. When using electric Spice grinders, be cautious not to grind excessively resulting in too much heat applied to the spice.

When selecting a Grinder for spices and particularly the electric machines, make sure the blades can handle the thin or small pieces of spice. Some blades will not be as sharp as necessary or the blades will be positioned too high off the bottom of the grinding chamber so they will not touch or fully grind the spice. This spice grinder is an award winning design by Oliver Hemming. Makes grinding any kind of spice practical and mess free. It is Easy to clean. It is Adjustable for coarse or fine grains. It may also be used as a salt and pepper grinder. It is also available in red and white. With full instructions and you can always contact us through our site at http://www.katiewongnyc.com

Is this 57cm used bike any good for a 6'2 male with 34 inseam?

I found a Javelin Brunello on craigslist and it has the 2005 TIAAF CREF frame in light blue. The gears, brakes, shifters and cranks are all Shimano 105s. Couple of scratches on the frame, but in pretty good condition. Not very lightweight because of the 105's, but it rides nice.

Also, I am 6'2, 170 lbs, 34 inseam and 12 in shoe size. Would this be a good bike for me if I were to get a stem (extender) for the steering tube? And if so, how many cm's should I get the stem?

The bike is being offered to me for $750. Is it a good deal?

It's possible this bike will fit you. Since it is offered on Craig's List you can try it on for size - can't beat that. 105 parts are trustworthy and race-worthy as well. I'm not a big fan of Bontrager Race wheels but they'll do. I'd question the seller as to why a 2005 bike has so many new parts. Either he stripped off better parts or it was crashed. I know this model has a full DA version and all the hot DA parts and wheels mat have been removed. That's not a problem as the price is ballpark for the bike as is. I'd offer $650 - $700 and see if a deal can be made.
