Solar Window Shades: Decorate Your Windows and Save Money
Solar Coverings for Windows
Solar window blinds are a fantastic purchase for any homeowner who is worried about their electricity bill. And, really, who isn't? The unique property of these blinds allows them to reflect the harmful UV rays of the sun easily away from the window. At the same time, they also prevent the window from heating up, which stops heat radiating between the curtain and the window. This, in turn, reduces your annual electricity bill.
These blinds are great for giving you a fantastic view of nature, while at the same time allowing you great privacy control. While you are able to look out without issue, others cannot see in. The blinds simply reflect the light, and prying eyes, away from the window.
As solar blinds are produced from PVC coated fabric, which are woven of remarkably powerful and robust polyester yarns, the reflective nature of the shade is built into the fabric itself. Seems complicated, sure, but the overall application and use of the solar window shade is really simple. Just apply, and boom, you are finished.
These shades are available in a number of colors; gray, beige, white, sand, brown, and black just to name a few. Solar screens can add beauty to any house and can easily fit into pretty much any home decor. No need to concern yourself with unattractive panels hanging from your windows, most shades fit flush against the window pane to supply little to no obstruction.
You can find many brands on the internet to buy solar screens and you can also have some tailor made for your windows if they are larger than normal or have a unique shape. This can be a somewhat more pricey, but the funds you will save on your electricity bill will make solar screens well worth the money you spend for them.
The best element about solar screens is that you do not only have to get the types that stick to your window, motorized solar coverings also exist. While much more expensive than the appliqué types, the motorized alternatives are great for people that do not want long term coverings on the window. It's also fantastic for those who wish to not have any ‘dimming' effect of the light.
So, cool your house, cut costs on your energy, keep the nosey neighbor disappointed, and create a great look. Can't be much better than that!

this is the dress, except the band at the neckline is a fushia-pink shade, not white. It fits me really well (i wear it in a size small) except in the neckline. Its too low and I dont have a bustline (34a in juniors). Is there anything I can do to fix it, so wen i bend over ppl wont b looking down my top? I'm wearing it in May so I cant wear a sweater. and I cant wear a cami under it since its a scoopneck

You could either try to match the fuscia of the neckline (which I wouldn't recommend, since it might look a little awkward) or use black like the link I sent you. You might want to check a store like American Apparel to find it for a less expensive price, though. To prevent the neckline from showing that it's two different dresses, you could sew just the top of the shirt to the dress, or if you don't want to do something so permanent, you could use a few subtle safety pins (or duct tape!) to fasten the shirt to the neckline in just a few places. Be careful, though, that you just go through the under layers of the hem if you do so -- don't want everyone to see your handiwork there!
Your other option would be, if you're good at sewing, just to bring up the top a bit or to take in the sides. If you really like the dress and think it would be worth it, you could always take the dress to a tailor and they would be able to help you.
If you have a thick black belt or ribbon, you could also use that to sash it. Without seeing the dress on you, I'm not sure how well that would work, though, since it might get some weird bunches (as well as ruining the line of the dress).
